Fili has an honours degree in Psychology from the University of NSW. She has 27 years of clinical experience as a Psychologist in various settings, including Community Health, Psychiatric hospitals, child, adult & family teams and Psychological rehabilitation.She has been in private practice since 2004.
Fili uses a psycho-dynamic framework in her therapeutic work and has completed training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy and Schema Therapy.
Fili sees adults in individual Psychotherapy as well as couples in relationship counselling. She has a special interest in trauma and mood disorders. Fili provides a safe and respectful therapeutic space in which people can explore their issues and identify psychological and emotional barriers that hold them back from reaching their full potential. She has a gentle and caring approach.
