Vanessa works with both individuals and couples to address communication and relationship issues, depression, anxiety, grief, loss, conflict, family dysfunction, trauma, addiction, and transitions in life.
Vanessa’s background in the performing arts has given her an appreciation of the incredible diversity in perspectives and choices we make as individuals and the importance of authentic connection in our lives – connection to both self and others.
Vanessa believes the counsellor-client relationship is a central part of the healing process and is committed to providing the best service possible to you as her client.
